Puskesmas staffers trained for JKN capitation fund management

The Tangerang regental administration organized a five-day education and training program on capitation treasury of National Health Collateral (JKN) for staffers representing 25 Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) from across the regency at the regency’s Kitri Bakti Education & Training Center in Curug on Monday, November 21, 2016.

Regent A. Zaki Iskandar said the training was held following Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No.32/2014 that requires competent human resource in mananging and using the capitation funds of JKN ina ccordance with the prevailing standardization and prochedures.

“This training is expected to help improve health service quality that in turns also increases the degree of community members’ health in the regency,” Zaki said.

The regent told the participants to attentively follow the education and training activity and grab the knowledge with sense of responsibility towards the society’s needs.

Meanwhile, Yani Sutisna, head of the regental Staffing, Education & Training Agency (BKPPD) that organized the actvity said that the training was aimed preparing accountable reports on the use of JKN capitation funds through proper mechanism.

“Lecturing, ask & answer, opinion sharing, work group, role plays and group discussion are forms of teachning methodes used during the training held between Nov. 21 to 26,” he said.

After the 55 hours-long training, the participants will get certificates to be signed by the Tangerang regent.
